| Description: | SUMMARY: Directs, manages and coordinates Product Disposition Team. Responsible for the day to day leadership and coaching of the Product Disposition Team.

| Duties: | Evaluates all products returned to the Akron Distribution Center at the end of the previous day. Determines if the product will be transferred to Lease Hold, CPO, Parts Reclamation, Trial Return Staging, or Wholesale.
Maintains an up-to-date electronic list of products to be offered to wholesalers. Prepares wholesale offerings list to include a pre-transmittal audit.
Works directly with Inventory Control Team regarding all assets returned with excessive meter reads.
Ensures returned equipment is properly labeled with bar code labels.
Communicates feedback to the appropriate staff regarding damaged equipment.
Administers all return holds to include staging, recording, reporting, and coordination of ship backs.
Responsible for the administration of the Xerox Warranty Parts Program.
Responsible for the administration of the Xerox 622S Parts Return Program.
Responsible for HDD Initiative Program to include remove and return or remove and destroy.
Responsible for the management of all defective printer cartridges.
Responsible for GISX National Parts Reclamation Program.
Responsible for ComDoc Parts Reclamation Program.
Responsible for Toner Reclamation Program.
Provides back-up for Delivery, Dispatch & Disposition Manager as needed.
Assists in other areas of the Distribution Center as needed.

| Qualifications: | Directly supervises 5 to 7 employees on the Product Disposition team. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; collecting time sheets and verifying hours; attending monthly meetings and incentive contests; conducting plan & reviews; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Spreadsheet software. Ability to learn and use Excel, Lotus Notes, and OMD.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Prior technical copier training is a plus.
