Description:ComDoc a document managment company who provides Xerox and Sharp output devices, printer management services, and electronic document storage solutions. We are headquartered in Uniontown, Ohio and have branch offices throughout Upstate New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia.

We are seeking a regional sales trainer to work with our new general territory representatives in both initial training and on-going coaching and support. The regional sales trainer will be responsible for both classroom-style training as well as ride alongs and individual coaching.

OVERVIEW:
Designs, coordinates and delivers a comprehensive sales training program that enhances sales skills, reinforces the selling process and provides on-going development for sales representatives. Conducts interactive training sessions and utilizes learning tools to educate, discuss and practice sales techniques, methods, ethics, skills and tips that promote meeting and exceeding quota expectations.
Duties:• Develops, implements and administers training programs for sales representatives. Uses various instructional methods such as individual training, group instruction, demonstrations, self-study, role-play exercises and meetings to facilitate learning
• Works with management to develop essential training programs that will maximize sales team effectiveness and help the organization achieve its sales plan.
• Provides on-going education and coaching of all sales representatives to improve and insure the further development toward consistent achievement of sales goals.
• Conducts branch visits and ride days with sales representatives to provide individual training, identify future training needs, and evaluate the impact and results of training initiatives.
• Communicates to the field via voicemail, e-mail, and written communications on a regular basis. Coordinates and plans the creation and development of timely and on-going communications to the field.
• Develops and implements orientation sales training for all new sales hires.
• Works with GISX Training and Development to provide consistent training, maintain parent company vision and enforce sales model.
• Assesses individual rep development and training needs and provides feedback to management staff.
• Creates and manages database for tracking sales rep development and training initiatives.
