Description:SUMMARY: Provides support for the Pittsburgh Region in the areas of staffing and training. Oversees and ensures a consistent and thorough staffing process for all local candidates. Ensures a positive on-boarding experience for new hires. Coordinates and supports training in initiatives, and provides administrative support to Director of Training and Development.
Duties:ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Staffing Duties – Pittsburgh Region o Manages recruiting process of Pittsburgh Region candidates. Coordinates and communicates with ComDoc HR Staffing Team regarding status of all candidates. Communicates regularly regarding branch current hiring needs. Works with HR Staffing Team to ensure that the staffing process is followed consistently and accurately. o Conducts first screening interviews as requested, and provides interview notes to hiring manager. o Administers hair collection drug testing for all Pittsburgh region candidates as requested. Administers any required skills tests. o Establishes relationships and coordinates activities with area Colleges and Universities for recruiting purposes. Participates in job fairs as needed and approved. o Provides regular updates to local branch leadership on status of candidate pipeline. Maintains candidate map board. o Conducts local on-boarding activities to ensure a welcoming and successful first day for new hires. Training duties o Coordinates 6-week Top Performance Plan (TPP) training schedule for new sales hires. Schedules all training activities for Pittsburgh Region candidates. o Manages all training curricula, to include ensuring adequate and updated copies for each branch are available and distributed as needed. o Works with Director of Training & Development to update existing training programs, or to produce new ones. o Coordinates all training events help in the Pittsburgh Branch. o Coordinates with Corporate HQ for all candidates from the Pittsburgh Region that are attending Corporate Training in Akron HQ.

QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. COMPUTER SKILLS To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Email systems; Contact Management systems; Database software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
