| Description: | SUMMARY: Administers lease residuals, renewals, funding application of money received, buyouts and various end of month reports and returned equipment for cancellation, funding discrepancies, letters of intent (LOI). Provides unsurpassed customer service and support to external and internal customers. |
| Duties: | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Daily, reviews equipment return report. Documents actions in the Lease Asset file.
Receives letters of intent from customers and copies to folder. Forwards to the appropriate leasing company. Documents actions in Lease Asset File, for ending contract.
Maintains accurate information about our accounts in renewal to include spreadsheet reporting, renewal files, etc.
Communicates with Contract Billing Department to ensure maintenance billing is stopped when accounts are removed from renewal status.
Receives and processes for payment any residual invoices owed to leasing companies. Communicates with branches and follow up to ensure final resolutions.
Communicates with Contract Billing, Order Processing Clerks, Sales Reps and customers concerning outstanding issues, trade ups, renewals, LOI, etc. Follow up as required to achieve resolution.
Handles inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner using excellent customer service skills.
Runs end of month reports, including Lease Stats, Incentive, and Buyouts.
Monitors A/R reports and handles outstanding issues regarding credits or debits due leasing vendors.
Follows up with Order Processing Clerks and leasing vendors regarding funding discrepancies. Assists those responsible for A/R with research and reconciliation.
Keeps filing of invoice and funding sheets up to date.
Reviews and analyzes advanced funding reports, and applies cash as required.
Processes buyout check requests for payment to customer or vendors.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
