| Description: | SUMMARY: Operates all FM equipment as required per account contract specifications. Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction at all times.

| Duties: | ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include any or all of the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Operates all equipment, clears misfeeds, replenish staples and toner, etc.
Places service calls when necessary.
Works with FM Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintains all account specific logs.
Takes meter reads.
Maintains inventory supplies.
Sorts and delivers mail.
Posts outgoing mail.
Receives incoming faxes and promptly sends outgoing faxes.
Completes all finishing requested including exhibits, tabs, colored paper, covers, and binding.
Prepares, logs, and distributes UPS and FedEx packages.
Delivers completed copy jobs.
Orders, sets up, and removes food from conference rooms.
Completes all court filings, notices, hand deliveries, etc.
Organizes and maintains all of the outside vendors invoices.
Performs various clerical duties as needed.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
REASONING ABILITY

COMPUTER SKILLS
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Word Processing software, Email, and basic knowledge of Graphic Software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
